Fifteen years ago, Steve Sjogren published Conspiracy of Kindness, the groundbreaking book that has helped thousands learn to express the love of God by performing simple, unexpected acts of service. With teaching, stories and examples, Conspiracy of Kindness enables every person to become an effective messenger of God’s love through unassuming acts of kindness that are more powerful than mere words. This fifteen year anniversary edition contains the author’s epilogue, in which he describes the impact the conspiracy of kindess has had throughout the world.
Conspiracy of Kindness is just one of the resources available at Steve’s new resource site KindnessResources.com. Included on the site is a downloadable video that introduces in practical language and with visual images how one can start to spread love by acts of kindness.
In a time when “be careful” and “don’t make a mistake” is the watchword of the day, Serve! is a monthly e-zine that will be known for outwardness, tons of practical ideas, the celebration of mistakes and regular encouragement to live a life of risk taking. Articles will tell stories about the revolution of kindness that is spreading around the world.
Servant Evangelism is a simple, straightforward approach to sharing God’s love in simple, practical ways. In 1984, founding pastor Steve Sjogren and several people from the Vineyard Community Church loaded up bags of groceries and bought Christmas trees and took them to housing projects on the north side of Cincinnati. Out of this action was born a vision to reach the city of Cincinnati and the world by serving others with no strings attached.
