There are lots of projects vying for my attention these days. A new book is in the offing. Multiple blogs. Weekend messages. Staff to lead and develop. The list goes on.
I need to walk in the Spirit if I’m going to stay sane in the midst of it all. Paul exhorts us to “keep in step with the Spirit.” I like that language. The Holy Spirit is on a journey in all our lives. Our job is to find what he is doing, then to simply catch up (if necessary) – to keep in synchronicity with what he is up to. He is always up to something in your life. Our job is to keep in sync with him in us. That’s what it is to live at the speed of soul.
