Most of the time it is gut-wrenching, hard work to hang in there. There’s nothing about perseverance that is easy – at least when we aren’t feeling it. One of the worst feelings in the world is knowing the need to endure but not having the strength to hang tough.
There is good news: God shows up in our weakness.
