The best training is always the “on the job” sort. A theory is good but only after we have already learned the job well by doing it. We are in danger of losing our sanity as we live in a theoretical mindset too often. Church work is often occupied with a lot of theory that barely touches on the circle of reality. Action fights the imbalance toward theory. Train your heart and hands to express the will of God.
